We had a fantastic stay at this traditional onsen ryokan. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hot spring was of excellent quality, providing a relaxing experience. The location was peaceful and quiet, close to the beautiful Naruko Gorge. The hotel staff even drove us to the lookout area, which was less than a 5-minute drive away.
There was nothing we didn't like.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a traditional Japanese Ryokan. The cozy small hotel was located in a nice quiet area, which was ideal for a peaceful stay. The best aspects were the hot springs, which were of very good quality, and the beautiful Naruko Gorge that was located close by. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel staff drove us to the lookout area, which was just a short 5-minute drive from the hotel.
That I had some difficulty communicating with the staff as the greeter that particular day did not speak English very well. However, the staff were very friendly, and we managed to overcome the language barrier with some laughter and hand gestures.

This traditional onsen ryokan was a cozy and comfortable place to stay. the hot spring was of excellent quality and added to the relaxation. the staff was very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the location, which was in a quiet area and only a short drive away from the beautiful Naruko Gorge.
Although the staff was friendly, there was a language barrier with one of our greeters who spoke no English. This made communication difficult at times, but we were able to get by.
